MULTIMEDIA COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

Summary
Multimedia Communications intern
involves in creating multimedia projects featuring TalentEDge and its works besides discussing important issues that the human capital face today. The primary duty will be to assist the Head of Communications in creating multimedia projects that will be posted online to help educate the media, general public and other stakeholders about the innovative and fun side of what TalentEDge does besides projecting a serious professional image of a consultancy firm with relevant solutions. This internship is a great opportunity to practice the skills that are becoming more and more important in the fields of journalism, public relations and communications. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet some fascinating people, research challenging and complex issues, and to create memorable and lasting multimedia projects.

Reports To: Head of Communications

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist TalentEDge in creating multimedia projects featuring TalentEDge and its works besides discussing important current issues relevant to today´s human capital.
2. Interview individuals and guests on camera and will be required to prep interviewees, conduct the interview, shoot video, edit video and produce a one-minute clip to be uploaded on YouTube and shared on other social media sites.
3. Multimedia efforts will be expected to include photographs and well-written articles that may be published in the website, monthly newsletter or/and on the blog.
4. Working with TalentEDge's staff to enhance the organization´s social media outreach, including creating unique content for TalentEDge's blog and Facebook page; issues research and message crafting; photography; reporting and writing; creation and organization of video b-roll; and providing assistance at Plugged Conventions communications initiatives.

HRD PROGRAM SALES TRAINEE/CONSULTANT

Summary
Sales Trainee/Consultant involves in approaching prospect clients and assisting them to identify their objectives for Human Resource Development (HRD) solutions in order to ensure the prospects' needs and problems are addressed and solved. The Sales Trainee/Consultant is also required to close the deal and to continuously communicate with the clients' to address further needs and request.

Suitable trainings will be provided to equip our sales trainee/consultant with the skills that are necessary to perform the tasks effectively.
