How We Started?
Let's first explore on how TalentEDge was founded.
Back in 2008, a serious consideration occurred by acknowledging that:
- Existence of a serious huge gap between the expectations of employers when hiring fresh graduates and their perceived inability of these young individuals to perform the job tasks, and the fresh graduates' lack of career knowledge and expectations towards the industry which they are stepping into, besides lacking of proper learning and development in terms of soft skills and character building before graduating.
- Learning and development is always a big deal in a organization, regardless of size of the business. It is the key to ensure that the most important asset in a company - people continue to grow in terms of knowledge, skills, character and other competencies.
Realising the potentials, our Founder created an organization to reinvent the learning and development of the Human Capital that will change the Human Resource Development landscape in ways the team has never expected.
